If for any reason at the receiving of your order you are not completely satisfied with it, you have 15 natural days from the reception date to perform your return. The returned products must be in their original condition, not used, with all the product’s tags and all the included accessories.
In case of return, you will take care of the expense.
The returns of incomplete products, damaged, spoiled, amended or in any condition that MONTSE LIARTE could suppose that it have been used, will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Any claim for damages of the goods must be brought to our knowledge in less than forty-eight (48) workable hours in Spain after the reception of the shipping, in order to proceed to the corresponding claim to the carrier.
In case of return caused for error on the shipping or imputable causes to MONTSE LIARTE will not be accepted shipping on postage due .Our firm will take care of the corresponding arrangements, from removing the wrong merchandise till the replenishment of the correct one.
The customer will not be entitled to request the return if he hadn’t communicated the error/default by sending an e-mail to the Customer Service email@example.com in the forty-eight (48) workable hours in Spain after the reception of the shipping to inform us about the problem.
The products supplied by MONTSE LIARTE shall be used exclusively for the uses marked by the respective producer. The customer will be the only responsible of the consequences that could derivate from the inadequate use of the supplied products.
The products in case of return, must be in the same condition that it have been given originally, new without being used, with all the intact labelled and respective accessories.
Introduce in the original package the article or articles that you want to return.

The refunds will be paid through the same way that have been done the original payment of the shopping. When we receive the return, we will do the refund the possible before. It must be known that when we have done the order to do the refund, the provider of your payment method (PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, etc.) may take between 7 to 10 workable days. We recommend keeping your shipping note till you receive the refund.
Remember that of your refund will be taken off the shipping costs of the return.
